Marta Salvat Balaguer works where two traditions meet: the teaching of A Course in Miracles and the reading of the transgenerational tree: what one inherits from a family without ever choosing it. Her formats grow out of that crossing: long masterclasses, live analysis workshops, conversations with guests, and the podcast Reflexiones con mi Espejo, whose title states the premise plainly enough: what is looked at directly stops being a shadow. Her subjects are recognisable and recurrent. There is the search for purpose, with a careful distinction drawn between goals and purpose; loneliness, and the possibility of inhabiting it differently; the dark night of the soul, treated in a situation rarely addressed: passing through it in the middle of outward success; and self-esteem understood as ceasing to depend on external confirmation in order to know who one is. On the transgenerational side come family debts, the compatibility between family constellations and tree analysis, and what to do once one's own tree has been read. One notably sober strand concerns war: how it is survived, what it leaves in the mind, and how that inheritance reaches grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The channel is chiefly in Spanish, with episodes also published in French and German. The pieces are long and conversational; there are excursions into tarot and the akashic records, presented as instruments of self-knowledge rather than divination. What a visitor finds is work oriented toward biography and lineage, closer to a workshop than to a lecture, and designed to accompany processes that take time.
