Light the World: 50th Anniversary Celebration (Remastered) | Part 2: Living the Course
“Each of us is the light of the world, and by joining our minds in this light, we proclaim the Kingdom of God together and as one" (ACIM, T-6.II.13:5). Some celebrations are simply too good to happen only once. In October 2025, thousands of _A Course in Miracles_ students around the world gathered for a joyful day of remembrance, inspiration, and gratitude to celebrate the Course’s 50th anniversary in our online event, Light The World. The story of _A Course in Miracles_ unfolded through a series of inspired steps from the first printing and the founding of the Foundation for Inner Peace in 1975 to the publication of the first hardcover edition in June 1976. As this remarkable anniversary continues, we’re delighted to invite you back for a newly remastered presentation of Light the World, thoughtfully enhanced for a richer viewing experience. The original event has been lovingly remastered into three parts, with enhanced audio, historical photographs, and added imagery that bring the story to life in fresh ways. This is Part 2: The Story Begins. Forgiveness. Healing. Relationships. Miracles. They're wonderfully inspiring on the page… and occasionally much more interesting in real life. Through heartfelt conversations and personal stories, discover how students have lived the Course with honesty, courage, humor, and grace.
