Here is Part 2 of The Case of Oscar Brodski where Dr Thorndyke gets on with his inimitable deductive processes. I sense, but I may be wrong, that the good doctor's habit of whipping out his mini microscope at every opportunity might become wearing, but who knows! Let's see where it goes! It may well be that offering biscuits to people on/with whom you harbour underhand designs is a big no-no, or alternatively keep a charged handheld hoover near the sofa should the red mist descend. The Jaffa Cake is a low crumb treat in my experience and better than the shortbread finger, in almost every instance... Further thoughts are always welcome...
